Starting April 24, 2023…
… Drs. Chaudhary, Gall, MacDonald, Suffoletta and Vanderzwan, and Thames Valley Family Health Team Nurse Practitioners Lindsay Huehn and Susan Jurjevich will begin seeing patients at a new location: 351 Frances Street, Strathroy (link to map). Phone number will remain the same.
All Thames Valley Family Health Team health care providers – dietitians, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists, respiratory therapists and social workers – will also move to this new location as of April 24, 2023.
Open/closed hours during the move
The current location at 31 Caradoc Street North, Strathroy, will close for all health services at end of day on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
There will be no after hours service on Thursday, April 20 and Friday, April 21.
If you need urgent care, please go to your nearest Emergency Department .
Patients with appointments booked after April 24, 2023 have been advised of the new location at 351 Frances St., Strathroy.
