Developed around the theories of Meditation Made Easy, the mindfulness program provides patients education and examples of mindful practices that can be incorporated into ones’ daily life. This program is very similar to Meditation Made Easy, however, is conducted over 4 weeks. Please note, attendance at all sessions is highly recommended.
