Steady and Strong
This is a 3-week program to help you avoid slips and trips, improve your balance, build confidence, keep your independence, and live stronger.
You will learn:
- Why falls occur
- Exercises that improve strength and balance
- How to identify and improve factors that lead to falls
- The influence of footwear, medications, and attention
Please be advised that attendance at all three sessions is highly recommended.
