Happiness 101 is a 6-7 week program that can help you create happiness in your life. The program uses principles of positive psychology to teach you 13 key skills you can use to enjoy greater engagement, more meaning, better social relationships, and more positive experiences in your life.
Please be advised that attendance at all sessions is highly recommended.
