We know that our health can benefit from regular movement, but it is difficult to move enough when you are struggling with aches and pains, or when the weather makes it difficult to get outside. From Soup to Tomatoes is a gentle, 30 minute chair-based exercise program, suitable for adults who struggle with movement.

Each session is facilitated by one of the Thames Valley Family Health Team health professionals.
