In this group, our registered dietitians will explore the factors that can impact weight management and the link to overall health and well-being.

This group is intended for anyone who is interested in improving their health through lifestyle modification.




Participants will learn how to become health-focused and receive practical strategies related to nutrition, activity level and other health behaviours that may influence weight and their risk for other chronic diseases.
