Format/Description

A free, 6-week chronic pain self-management program offered by South West Self Management Program. It was developed and researched at Stanford University and is now offered around the world.

Who should attend this group?

This group is intended for people with chronic primary or secondary pain, people interested in learning how to better manage their chronic pain, and individuals caring for someone living with chronic pain.

This group is not suitable for managing cancer pain.

This program does not replace your current treatment for pain.

Requirements/Expectations

As part of the registration process, South West Self Management Program will require your first and last names, full address, telephone number and email so that they can send you the workshop resource book at the end of the workshop series as well as an evaluation. The information will be kept confidential and will not be shared nor used for any other purpose.
