Mindful Eating: Emotional Eating & Food Craving Management

The Mindful Eating group is on hold until 2024. We are working to develop a similar program that includes updated content around Intuitive Eating and body acceptance. This will replace the current Mindful Eating group. More details to come, so please check back here in early 2024 for program description and registration information. Please note, we will not be maintaining a waitlist in the meantime.

If you are a patient of Thames Valley Family Health Team currently looking for support with emotional eating and food craving management, you may be eligible for a one-to-one appointment with a registered dietitian to assess your current needs. Please contact the Team Administrator at your site to inquire about scheduling an appointment.
