An interactive group that focuses on the benefits of mindfulness, how to practice mindful eating, and ultimately how to find balance and heal your relationship with food.

Who should attend this group?

This group is intended for anyone who wants to reduce emotional eating (using food to help them deal with stressful situations) and to improve their relationship with food.

Requirements/Expectations

Weekly attendance is expected. Please ensure you have working audio/video on your device.

Benefits/Take-aways

Participants will learn how to become more in tune with their bodies and learn to respond to their natural hunger cues. They will also gain skills to help them manage even their toughest food cravings.
