Our Priorities
The priorities of Thames Valley Family Health Team (TVFHT) guide their work. Last year, TVFHT stayed focused on four big goals: supporting staff, improving care, making services more inclusive, and helping leaders grow.
Progress was made on each goal. Staff pay was improved, paperwork was reduced, and more chances for staff to connect were created. TVFHT also launched new care models, like having nurse practitioners lead patient care. This helped to serve more people, especially those without a family doctor.
TVFHT is ready to grow, improve, and lead as new funding comes to primary care. Their priorities will help maintain focus as communities continued to receive exceptional care.
