Starting May 27, 2025, all appointments will be held at the new location — Suite LL99, in the lower level, at 450 Central Avenue.

How to Find the New Clinic

Suite LL99 is on the lower level (basement) of 450 Central Avenue. You must use the elevator on the west side of the building. This is the one closest to the London X-Ray clinic.

• When you enter the elevator, press “P” for parking.
• Follow the signs to Suite LL99.

Please note:

• You cannot reach the new clinic using the usual elevator or back stairs.
• Signs will be posted to help guide you.
