- an email address through which you can receive correspondence about the group
. . . we can help! Here’s how:
Connect by phone
Your contact will be the Team Administrator at the site where you
usually receive your health care.
- Call the Team Administrator at least 5 business days before
the date of the group.
(Click here to find the contact information for our Team
Administrators.) - They will provide you with a printed copy of the information slides
and handouts. - Then you can call into the group meeting using a toll-free
number and follow along with the slides and handouts while
on the phone.
Use one of our electronic devices
(Note: This option is only available for daytime groups when staff are available onsite.)
To participate in a virtual group using an electronic device at one of our locations listed below:
