On May 19, the Government of Ontario gave us the green light to move forward with in-person services as part of Phase 1 of re-opening Ontario.
Throughout this pandemic, our focus has been on providing care to our patients in a safe manner, while ensuring the safety of our employees as well. We have shifted much of our care from in person to virtual, whether over the phone or by some other virtual means. Safety of patients and employees will continue to be paramount as we begin planning to reinstate face-to-face services.
For the time being, Thames Valley Family Health Team will continue to offer phone and virtual services as well as a limited amount of in person services. We will actively working on a gradual return to face to face services, as appropriate, safe and manageable for our employees and our patients.
All announcements regarding changes to service will be shared through our website and social media.
